All our services are hourly, all limos require a 3 hour minimum and our bus is 4 hours for our standard rates. Overages will be billed at the regular hourly rate to the credit card on file. Prices will include gratuity for our limo services. A industry-standard 20% will be added to all of our limo rentals for ease of payment processing. The customer can always choose to tip more at the time of service if their service exceeds their expectations! On the contrary if for some reason the service doesn't meet your expectations, please call our office. We do have important policies regarding damages and "Exceptional" cleaning, please see "Policies" section for more information. A credit card is required for all reservations. We operate 2 beautiful well maintained Stretch H2 Hummer limousines that are modern, clean and ready to accommodate all of your special transportation needs, with these GIANT SUV's we specialize in weddings, quinceanera’s, wine tours, casino tours, sightseeing, just about any special occasion you may have.. For even more comfort and lots of headroom we have our late model 14 passenger Starlite limo bus, we also have a very nice late model Lincoln MKT 6 passenger stretch limo that we can handle your smaller more intimate runs as well as your airport drop offs and pick ups. Also handling all corporate transfers and commercial work with our new VIP business class Suburban, Just give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Most of our drivers hold Commercial Drivers Licenses, with Passenger Endorsements AND School Bus Endorsements and as well as valid Chauffeur's Licenses with the State of Washington. No one will operate our limousines with out a current chauffeur credentials because the law requires it, BEFORE YOU TRUST YOUR SELF OR YOUR KIDS WITH A DRIVER, MAKE SURE THEY HAVE VALID CHAUFFEURS CREDENTIALS! Dumas Bay Limousine Policies

*PAYMENT/GRATUITY

*All our services are hourly, balances due are required to be paid in full before the commencement of the run, or only with prior management approval cash to the driver before the beginning of the trip. An industry standard 20% gratuity will automatically be added to all reservations for single payment convenience.

OVERTIME PAY:

*Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of pre-arranged time described on the run sheet and be billed at the regular hourly rate to the credit card on file unless other arrangements are made. Please see our FAQ for a detailed explanation.

* DEPOSITS

* All deposits are NON-refundable unless the reservation is cancelled within the 7-day window as decreed below.

*PLEASE READ: DAMAGES/CLEANING

* The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicles caused during the duration of the use by them or any members of their party. The excess sanitation fee is 350.00. If you or someone in your party vomits in our limo, you will be charged, without exception for cleaning. *Limo Damages will be charged to the credit card on file, unless other arrangements are made. We do have vomit bags on board the limo, if you THINK you or someone in your party may need one, PLEASE ASK.

Alcohol Consumption by minors IS STRICTLY prohibited. Please see our FAQ for detailed info. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. It is illegal to stand while the vehicle is in motion. SMOKING/VAPING is not permitted in our buses or limousines.

* CANCELLATION/ROUTE CHANGE POLICY

* Cancellations made 7 days before the scheduled pick-up time incur no cancellation charge. Any cancellation within the 7-day window or made after the scheduled pick-up time is subject to a full charge. All single reservations require separate cancellations. If any changes need to be made to your route or reservation please do so with at least 24 hours notice. All addresses, pick-up locations and drop-off locations are the sole responsibility of the patron although we will do everything in our power to ensure that addresses are accurate. Our office hours are between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm; however, we provide 24-hour service.

*MECHANICAL/WEATHER

*The Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

* Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.)

* Not responsible for any loss because of service delays or termination due to mechanical breakdown, or doesn’t provide any loss claim insurance for service interruption, customer has to buy there own trip interruption insurance. No claim against company or its employee may be brought in this connection.

MISC PROVISIONS:

* Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.

* Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

* Dumas Bay Limousine is not responsible for any damage caused by any Sub-contractor.

* Dumas Bay Limousine is a fully insured, licensed Limousine Carrier licensed with the State of Washington/UTC, the City of Seattle, and the City of Federal Way. Our vehicles are fully inspected by the City of Seattle/Washington State DOT. All Drivers are drug/background checked, carry valid chauffeur licenses and possess a minimum Class B CDL with a passenger endorsement issued by the State of Washington. Our drivers carry Valid Medical cards as required By DOL/DOT.

Party buses—Alcohol consumption requirements, penalty.

(1)(a) A charter party carrier or excursion service carrier operating a party bus must determine whether alcoholic beverages will be served or consumed in the passenger compartment of the vehicle. If it is expected that alcoholic beverages will be served or consumed in the passenger compartment, the permit holder must have obtained the appropriate liquor permit, provided a copy of the permit to the charter party carrier or excursion service carrier in advance of the trip, and be on the vehicle or reasonably proximate and available to the vehicle during the transportation service. The company must maintain the copy of the permit required with the contract of carriage.(b) If the charter party carrier or excursion service carrier operating a party bus is the permit holder, the carrier must have a person separate from the driver be responsible for the permit holder requirements in this section and either chapter 66.20 or 66.24 RCW.(c) The permit holder must:(i) Be on the party bus or reasonably proximate and available to the vehicle during the transportation service;(ii) Monitor and control party activities in a manner to prevent the driver from being distracted by the party activities; and(iii) Assume responsibility for compliance with the terms of the special permit, if a permit is required, including compliance with RCW 66.44.270 concerning the prohibition against furnishing liquor to minors. (2) If at any time the charter party carrier or excursion service carrier operating a party bus believes that conditions aboard the vehicle are unsafe due to party activities involving alcohol, the carrier must remove all alcoholic beverages and lock them in the party bus trunk or other locked compartment. The carrier may cancel the trip and return the passengers to the place of origin.(3) This section does not limit the right of a charter party carrier or excursion service carrier to prohibit the consumption of alcohol aboard the vehicle.(4) This section does not limit the right of a permit holder to seek indemnity from any person, corporation, or other entity other than the charter party carrier or excursion service carrier.(5) This section does not relieve a passenger of legal responsibility for his or her own conduct or the permit holder of legal responsibility for compliance with Title 66 RCW.(6) Any charter party carrier or excursion service carrier in violation of this section is subject to a penalty of up to five thousand dollars per violation.

Does Dumas Bay Limousine Service offer airport transportation in Washington?

Yes, we offer airport transportation to and from all major airports in Northwest Washington in either our stretch Limousines, Sedans or SUV's

What happens if we go over our scheduled drop off time?

We understand sometimes this happens but we need to be clear that sometimes we also have other customers depending on us to be on time for their event so timing is very important to us. We offer a generous 15 minute period in which if dropped off before that time there will be no additional charges. If our customer goes over 16 minutes or more, then the billed overtime/overage would be from the initial drop off time until the actual drop-off time. We kindly ask that you be on time. All additional fees will be at our normal hourly rates, gratuity and other percentage-based charges would also be affected because they are based on the gross sale.

What happens if my minor child brings alcohol in the limo for an event like prom or homecoming?

First, no alcohol will ever be allowed consumed by minors, if we suspect that a minor has alcohol in our limo the driver will stop the run, call the our office and the parents listed on our run sheet and not move again until they (the parents) are present to search the vehicle, remove the alcohol AND the minors who brought/consumed it. We reserve the right under these circumstances to terminate the run fully without refund. Absolute zero tolerance. We care about your kids!

Can we have alcohol on your limo bus?

YES! If you have the proper permit to do so, and are over the age of 21. Apply for your BANQUET permit here https://portal.lcb.wa.gov/s/apply-for-a-permit the fee is 10.00 per day, please read our "policies section" for important laws regarding alcohol on the bus. We cannot provide alcohol in any form.

Can we consume alcohol in your limos?

YES! As long as you are over the age of 21 alcohol is permitted in the rear of a limousine as long as there is a partition separating the driver from the alcohol. We cannot provide alcohol in any form.
