TIPS FOR RENTING A LIMO...

Why? because you're likely to get a better deal. If you are in Bremerton shopping in Kirkland they might do the run for you but they usually will charge a fuel surplus as well as their premium rate. It just makes sense, the larger vehicle averages 7-8 MPG and the drivers require longer hours to service your request. This all equates to a higher cost of doing business, Shop close to home for a better deal.  Know this, if you are shopping during peak season, Prom, Homecoming or Summer weekends, it will be tough to find a deal. A lot of vendors raise their prices during these times and have higher minimum hours as well. We don't raise our prices for any reason and our minumum hours stays the same all year. 

There are great companies with nice limos in the Seattle/Tacoma area, and there are many that aren't very nice. If you have time and care about the condition of the limo you charter, go see it. If the company won't let you that's a red flag. You need to know its in good safe condition and everything works, last minute notice that the AC doesn't work in the middle of August would ruin an outing. I personally know a company that has a fancy website and advertises they have 150 brand new cars in their fleet and in fact only has one so be diligent! Our limos are available for viewing on the weekends and after 4:00pm Monday through Friday. Appoinments required. 

All limousine chauffeurs in the State of Wa must have on file with thier employer these things; 

1) Background check

2) DOT medical card

3) Defensive Drivers Course

4) Drug Test

Why? because we deal with the public in all forms, drive high capacity vehicles with alcohol on board at times and work with children. The state requires this because they want you and your family to be in capable, safe hands. Most Chauffeurs have credentials like you see above, some don't but you should ask the company you deal with if their drivers have these credentials. A "FOR HIRE" license or Uber credentials is not sufficient! AND Any vehicle which seats over 16 passengers must be driven by someone with a CDL license with a Class B passenger endorsement at the least.

All limousine carriers must have a valid Washington State business license as well as those who do business in Seattle, must also have a Seattle business license as well. We have both, also Washigton State law requires Limousine carriers who do business on the internet clearly list their UBI number on their website. If you don't see it ask for it, it's required by law. Then go to this website and make sure their business license is valid  https://ccfs.sos.wa.gov/#/    ours is

All 14 passenger or less limousines in the State of Washington must display this Washington State ID tag, it is required to be located on the rear of the vehicle and is usually next to the license plate. The reason you seeing this tag is important is because to recieve it the company MUST have filed these things with the State of Washington;

 1) Paid their business license renewal, 2) Provided proof of commercial Liabilty Insurance, 3) provided a current PASSED inspection report, 4) Aknowledged that their driver/s meet the State requirments for a limousine chauffeur. If you don't see a tag on the back of the car it's because it either doesn't have insurance, isn't licensed with the state or failed inspection, there are no exceptions and there are many of them out there, be careful. 

Some companies will farm your business out. "Brokers" is what we call them, they have multiple websites under different names, all numbers leading back to the same place. They will accept your reservations, charge you a giant inflated price and then when it gets close to the date of service, start calling around the area to try to find vendors like us to do the run for them. Some keep the largest runs for themselves, some don't even have cars. I met a customer who paid a 563.00 brokers fee in addition to our regular rate just because she called a "Broker" and they led her to believe that this is what the rates are in this area. It's not true, Price4Limo is one, they have websites all over the US and Google ads in ever major city, they own no limos. Make it clear to your contact that if you order a Hummer, you want a Hummer and ask them if they own the car or if they are brokers. Know who you are doing business with, it's your safety. The cars you see on our website belong to us, we will never raise your price last minute nor send a substitute vehicle unless it's one of ours and discuss it with you in advance.
